Jenny Ketterer, LCSW & Therapist
With extensive experience working with children, adults, and military populations — including time spent supporting survivors in domestic violence shelters — I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and eclectic approach to therapy.
My specialized training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which I tailor to fit each client’s unique journey. I’m also pursuing my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification and believe healing works best when it’s balanced — so I incorporate humor when it fits, because sometimes a little laughter is part of the process too.
As a military spouse and dependent, I understand firsthand the unique struggles military families face— from deployments and relocations to the emotional toll of service life.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me unwinding with a good book, playing games, or spending time with my husband and four beloved dogs and cat — they’re my personal reminder of the healing power of unconditional love.
